Boston Celtics look to 'Keep Making History' against the Miami Heat
By: Mariah Alfahel
Yes, the Celtics didn't start off too hot against the Heat, but there is still hope. The Celtics are now in a 0-2 series hole that they need to climb out of. If they wish to get through this series and make it to the Finals, they need to win 4 of their next 5 games.
I still have hope in this Celtics team. Although I believe the Heat will win it all (Including the Finals) I feel the Celtics will not give up without a fight.
Expecially if Rajon Rondo keeps performing the way he was in game 2.
The Celtics are an aging team, but they still have one of the best trios in the league. It seems customary for one of the three to finish a game with a triple double, or a couple of them having a double double.
After the Celtics narrowly made it from the 76ers after 7 games, many wonder if they have a chance against the Heat. Whatever the reason for the long series against the 76ers and 0-2 series record against the Heat they have to leave it all behind. The past is the past, and now the Celtics have to look towards the future.
Ryan Hollins and Ray Allen need to contribute more to the team, along with others. Now that they are playing a more offensively aggressive team, they also need to play efficiently on defense.
I have watched the Paul Pierces' “A Champion will Rise” commercial plenty of times and know that everything he said can happen, because it has happened.
History repeats itself.
We’ll see if the Celtics can “keep making it” against the Heat in the Eastern Conference Finals.
